Honest Contractors are Hard to Find!
I recently purchased a home in the west suburbs. As a mother of a 3 year old I was very worried when buying my first home, let alone a small fixer upper. I was looking to save some money by buying a house that needed some repair but most importantly to make it my own with a personal touch. What was important in finding a contractor was someone I felt comfortable with and had fair pricing. Most of all someone that would work around my schedule and had the experience to deliver quality work with a guarantee.
I found that Builders on Demand met all my needs. The work was a complete demo in the bathroom, kitchen upgrades, tile work, roofing, windows, hardwood floors and replacing a small concrete sidewalk. I liked that the person I dealt with on the first day was the one same person I spoke with on the last day. I'd give it four stars simply because it took longer than expected, but in fairness I did add some changes like from a tub to a walk in shower among other things... Other than that, I was pleased with their work and performance. What I've learned is that honest contractors are hard to find, so I recommend Builders on Demand.
